Army In Focus: Marines

KLONDIKE, CPOAL HQ – Today we bring you the third edition of Army In Focus. There have been many new changes introduced to CPOAL. There have been many new teams joining us and many old teams rising from the ashes. One in the particular we have chosen were the Marines Of CPO who have made a comeback this year with the help of Epic and a few of the Army league staff.

Lets hear the journey from one of their leaders Clifford:

Marines have come back to armies in CPOAL under the command of Fish, Cliff, and Gingersnap. Marines are advised by S Cargo2 and Epic101. Epic101 owns the new discord server for the new generation of Marines. The new generation of marines was created by the merge of Fish Warriors and Justice. Marines so far had one debut event against Redemption Force, who had invaded Marines. Marines successfully defended our territory, Glacier, and got a max of 33 on the debut event!

As you may have heard, they have just had one successful defense against the Redemption but why we chose the Marines Of CPO for Army in Focus is due to the amount of effort they had put in which led them to a spectacular max of 33 in under four days. It was also indeed a shock that they overpowered a major clan in the scarce amount of time, lets hear from another one of their leaders Fishy, how they executed this achievement.

Interview with Marines Leader Fishy

Metal: How do you think MCP is progressing?

Fishy: I think we are doing pretty great! We are like four days old and we have almost 200 members in the discord already and hit almost 40 reactions for our first and second events? I would still like to keep growing fast but thats really up to us.

Metal: How have you managed to get a large amount of members in under a week?

Fishy: recruiting! We have several members who do NOTHING but recruit for us and it is amazing we have multiple members like that. They’re the best.

Metal: Are the rumors true about you guys being allied with the Doritos and getting support from them?

Fishy: NO. The reason we have some Doritos in the Marines is because they wanted to help ME because we are friends. Marines have NO allies at the moment and that is why anyone can join.we are neutral.

Metal: What about your alliance with the instrumentalists? Do you still share Klondike?

Fishy: The last time I spoke to Cliff we talked about how ICP would be a good candidate to ally. Since we are still new it is hard to figure out potential alliances but i know who i would wanna ally with for sure. As for Klondike? I have no clue tbh. If they want it all back i wouldn’t mind giving it to them since it was their land first and they let me share with them from the kindness of their hearts.

Metal: Would you consider yourselves the successors of the Fish Warriors or Justice?

Fishy: We feel like we are the successors of the Fish Warriors because i led a small army to get land which could’ve gone south real fast. We worked hard for it. Cliff was also a part of it as an ally helping me along the way.

Metal: Now onto the match, how did you pull off that win against Redemption Force?

Fishy: While i was in the voice chat doing tactics so people could hear it cliff and cargo were in the chat typing the tactics out. We basically sat up tasks for ourselves and went at it full force. We also kept a journal of word tactics that we started writing when we learned about the invasion so we wouldn’t scramble for funny tactics.

Metal: What do you think in your opinion is the next step forward for the clan?

Fishy: The next step forward for now is just growing as much as we can and building a relationship with the members we have.
