Klondike, CPOAL Headquarters – With the rise of S/M Armies coming to full fruition, another new contender for the S/M community has emerged, the Heaven Army of CPO. To further spice up the action, it’s not just an early stable welcome to the community for them, they’ve already declared war!
The Heaven Army of CPO became an official army on the 14th April 2020 and were created by Abby and Hiu. The army has come into the community in a time of heavy competition, which was certainly seen in this weeks most recent S/M Top Ten where 12 armies were ranked, clearly displaying the difficulties in ranking up. An x factor this army could possess however is the fact that they are a multilingual army. One look at their discord tells you the story with a Spanish, English and Portuguese channel all being used by troopers to communicate and whilst this may be a cause for concern for some but others may see it as an oppurtunity to diversify and create a bigger community, in-turn producing bigger sizes.

War rages in this community and the Heaven Army seem to want to thrive on the chaos, as within hours of acceptance into the army community, they declared war on the Marines’ land. The city of Alpine is scheduled for the 17th April 2020 at 6pm CST, with many eyes looming on this battle after the ending of the Doritos vs Ice Warriors war. A lot of eyes will be on the Heaven Army wondering whether they can produce the goods to defeat an army that just recently took down Redemption Force in battle.
Our only sight of the Heaven Army so far in action has been their opening event which gave them verification status. They maxed 14 here with not perfect tactics but certainly for an opening event, the size was impressive. Marines held one event last week to get them 6th on the S/M Top Ten where they maxed 13. A quick evaluation of this seems that Heaven Army may have a minor size advantage but what’s for sure is that Marines certainly have more battle experience.

I chatted to Abby, the creator of Heaven Army, to hear her thoughts on the armies opening and invasion of Marines’ land.
Interview with Heavens Creator, Abby
CPOAL: A lot of people reading will be wondering, who is Abby and who is the Heaven Army. What do you say to those intrigued?
Abby: The Heaven Army is like a new and more veteran family of people in the online club penguin game that likes the same as we do, likes to participate in wars with other armies, do events of all kinds, socialize with each other as if they were very friendly, although of course everything respecting some rules like everything, and that we take it seriously. Although we are beginning and we are respectively small, we have come a long way, I can admit that the vast majority, not to say everything, have done it myself, but in the beginning I do my bit and have been recruiting staff, I hope they will do their job as well. The humans/angels who would come as normal users will be treated like a family out of respect. Concluding, Abby is a person with initiatives in a big way visualizing reality, but never letting herself fall by others, by opponents or by anyone or anything. With a word, dreamy.
CPOAL: The army has a lot of people speaking various languages, do you think being multilingual is beneficial?
Abby: The fact we are multilingual is important to me because each language represents a different culture, stories literally speaking different and each one with a very rich vocabulary in speech, it is beneficial, but it is to be able to speak them and communicate with more people.
CPOAL: Your first move in the CPOAL Community is to invade Marines land, why Marines and why now?
Abby: I want to make it clear that I have nothing against anyone. Let’s treat it as a matter of survival, I will give you a clear example, if you are on an island with small territory and you have many islands around you with a legacy each, what will you do? Choose with the most likely to have position yourself and gain some land or the largest in search of having your territory taken from you too? I think with that I have said everything.
CPOAL: What is your end goal for the army?
Abby: My final objective is to promote the old memories of club penguin to the current world, to make a community to enjoy and try to make the stay as fun as possible and that if they have doubts do not forget to comment, we are like a forum for self-help for them too, not only one more exercise that fights with others and does classic events, but we will make holidays, to earn rewards, lifestyle events of youtubers and much more that I prefer not to say, a surprise!
CPOAL: Any final comments?
Abby: I think you are a great reporter and I think I want to send a message to my rivals that I hope they understand: Everything flows, nothing remains
Abby clearly has a big vision for her army and wants to make it a bright and vibrant community that can be cherished by all involved. Her ideas on war are simple, go for the largest land she can and that is what she plans to do with Heaven Army, regardless of success or failure which is to be admired. I’m sure with her and her fellow ‘humans/angels, the army will be a ray of positivity in this community.
