SWAT’s Leadership Changes

Klondike, CPO Army League Headquarters- Special Weapons and Tactics, an army brought back from original CPA, has had an amazing start. At a recent event, they maxed over 90 people in their first battle against Light Troops. With recent changes in leadership, could they improve even more?

SWAT has been an army to keep an eye on since it’s return on CPO Army League. With the recent announcement of their alliance with Ice Warriors, Dark Warriors and Golds, that has been confirmed. To go along with that, they army continues to grow with each event.

Their new leadership has undergone recent changes though. The leadership now consists of S Cargo 2, Zuke, Jaylen, Sweater, Domsamillion, Lights, and Larden. That is a very large leadership which should help the army with recruiting a lot of new members to the army. I interviewed SWAT leaders, Jaylen and Sweater, on the latest.

An Interview with SWAT Leader, Jaylen

CPOAL: So, what made you decide to step down?
Jaylen: well, small factors like me missing hw assignments, me being immature, the responsibility etc, This prob only for like a week until things cool down in a sense, you never know though
CPOAL: We’ll have to see! So how do you think your stepping down will affect swat?
Jaylen: it wont affect them that much im still around i trust that the main leaders such as Cargo , Zuke , Conor can handle things till im back , other than the troops being somewhat upset
CPOAL: There are new leaders, Dom, Light and Larden, how do you think they’ll impact swat?
Jaylen: Doms and Lights are Legends im not worried abt them all eyes are on Larden thou he’s filled with potential i trust he’ll do everything in his power to help SWAT’s Growth

An Interview with SWAT leader, Sweater

CPOAL: Recently, swat has undergone some leadership changes. How do you think this will effect swat, in battles and in general?
Sweater: I believe it will impact SWAT only in a good way, the addition of Dom and Lights will help massively as they are very experienced and have led SWAT many times in the past. Larden is the single most loyal person on the planet; he has joined SWAT many years ago and has been with SWAT since. Together, the addition of those 3 will help SWAT grow to sizes we have never seen before.
CPOAL: You recently had a leader step down, do you think that he may return to leadership someday?
Sweater: yes, I think he’ll be a leader again. He’s good at what he does
CPOAL: Do you believe swat can get #1 on the top 10 with the new leaders?
Sweater: I think we can, we’ve seen over 800 people join the server in just under 2 weeks, but to be honest I don’t mind about our Top Ten placements. Sure, number one would be great but I just want to hit high sizes and have fun with my friends in the army, and I think we’re doing pretty good with that.

An Interview with Larden, New SWAT Leader

CPOAL: Did you ever think you would be swat leader?
Larden: No actually this was a surprise for me,
CPOAL: A good surprise hopefully! Do you have any goals for yourself or swat with you as a leader?
Larden: Yes I do. I want SWAT to become the biggest army on CPOA right now
CPOAL: Do you believe swat can get #1 on the top 10 with the new leadership group?
Larden: Yes we can as long as we work together we can accomplish anything
CPOAL: Good words to follow, thank you for letting me interview you!
Larden: No problem. Thanks for having me!

It looks like SWATs leadership has gotten 3 new additions, along with a leader coming back after a break. We’ll have to wait and see how this impacts SWAT, but they all seem confident in their leaders and SWAT is continuing to grow.
