Due to Popcorny’s departure from the community, I will be taking over as the author of CPO Army League’s weekly series, ‘Week in Review. ‘ In this week’s review, we have a few topics for you that you may have missed. Continue reading for the latest.
Here comes the Paparazzi
This week saw the hiring of many new reporters to the CPOAL site due to the desire to increase the activity of the website and make it more of a social hub. It was also in anticipation to our new .com website that we are thrilled that you’re able to experience. In addition to reporters, I made the decision to hire famous Youtuber, Bang, and CP Army veteran, Orange, to be my two vice presidents. Lucifer will server as Editor-In-Chief while Dang and Gingersnap serve as two of my Associate Producers. If you are interested in applying, please make sure to message me on discord to apply.

Leaders, Leaders and more Leaders
Another week set off leadership changes around the CPOAL Community. Earlier in the week we reported about SWAT leadership changes and since then Jaylen has been removed and replaced by none other than SWAT Legend TacoDaily. Speaking of former leaders returning, former leader of Redemption Force, Prince B returned to the helm of RF this week, joining Konrad and the recently instated Gemme in the leadership. Two other armies who appointed new leadership this week is Templars and Skaters. The former appointed Jeansebm and Sarah83526 to the leadership lineup with the latter appointing several leaders including Averil, Elisa, Hazel and Spinach.
The S/M race Heats Up
In the second edition of our new S/M Top Ten, the Sinners of CPO climbed two spots to become the biggest army in the S/M community. With the Royals and Squires hot on their heels, it will be interesting to see who places #1 in next week’s Top Ten. At all three of their events, the Sinners maxed above 20 and are continuing to grow into a bigger army. The royals also held three events with their size above 20 in each as well so the gap between the two is not much. The squires opted to hold more events than the other three; however, they averaged between 12-15 at their events.

Assassins vs Templars
After the big DCP vs IW ended war ended, many eyes has turned to the Templars trying to invade Berg [Glacier] from Redemption Force. The plan hasn’t gone exactly to plan with Templars losing the invasion of Berg, then failing to defend their own city of Bobsled and Cozy in successive 3-0 defeats. Two of these battles, the battle for Berg and Bobsled were extremely close with Redemption Force edging Templars in most rooms with better formations and tactics with size usually remaining relatively close throughout the battles.

Janitors or the Mopfia
Finally, two armies revolved around mops have entered the CPOAL community. Mopping is an iconic thing in CPOAL and both armies have laid claim to be the ultimate moppers. Will it be Janitors, led by Da Best or Mopfia, led by Rebel and Mopfia, who can claim victory in the inevitable battle that is to come? So far Mopfia have the size advantage in the verification event battle, in what is to be a dirty battle and a pain for the judges.
