TUXEDO, Rebel Penguin Federation Capital — Recently inducted as a CPA Legend, Rebel Commander Ultipenguinj has shockingly stepped down as leader of the Rebel Penguin Federation.
On May 17th, 2020, the Rebel Penguin Federation was victorious against both Doritos and Ice Warriors in a three-way battle. Just while all was calm and the Rebels celebrated their victory, famed RPF Leader Ultipenguinj made a move that not many expected. In a post on the RPF website (Click Here to view the post), Ulti announced that he was retiring from the army he called home.
What comes next, I can’t say. The landscape of Club Penguin armies continues to change daily, and no one can predict what will happen next. Whatever it is, though, I have full faith in the current leadership to be able to deal with it head on. Cosmo has had previous experience at the position of Rebel Commander, his staff is full of incredibly capable people, and the RPF is at one of its all time high points. I will be sticking around in an advisory position to continue making sure things are as smooth as possible (especially with all of the ongoings in the Club Penguin Community), but my time as leader has come to a close.
In short, I accomplished my goals (and way more). Now it’s on you all to accomplish yours and keep the Rebel Penguin Federation rising far into the future. No matter what rank you are now, or how long you’ve been in RPF, you have a chance to make your mark. I was recruited by a Private named Keane8 who retired the week he recruited me. You never know what impact your effort now will have down the line.

Club Penguin Army Media got the chance to speak with Ultipenguinj and ask him a few questions about both his career and the future of RPF.
When and why did you start leading RPF?
I returned to RPF in June 2019, but didn’t start leading again until August. Rejoined for two reasons: to bring RPF back into Club Penguin army communities and to fix some of the infighting that was happening in the High Command.
On the topic of bringing RPF back into CPA, what were some of the challenges you faced and what did you to work around them?
A lot of the challenge involved the inexperience in both the troops and staff about armies. Having been in RPF in original armies, I used Strike Force to help train them and get them CPA ready. Those are the people who make up our current staff.
What would you say your highlight moment whilst leading RPF was?
I think getting CPA Legend was bout at the top of my list while leader, I never ever would have guessed I’d have that title when I first joined armies.
