Leader Life Stories: Tsanami, Crimson Guardians Leader

THERMAL, Crimson Guardians Capital – Although Crimson Guardians only recently grew into the army community, their presence is widely known. Whether their troops chat in the CP Army Hub Discord or they join alliances and treaties, Crimson Guardians have made a name for themselves in the community. Under their current leadership, including Tsanami, the success of the army is hard to ignore.

Tsanami got her start in the army community in June 2019, finding her first home in the Royal Family, later rebranded to the Royals. She remained an active troop in this army for the majority of the summer. She even attended events for armies allied with Royals at the time, later becoming an owner of Cloud Kingdom in August 2019. When she arrived, it appeared that this army was in need of help. She decided to completely rebrand Cloud Kingdom into what it is known today: the Crimson Guardians, where she currently serves as leader alongside Bean.

Ever since Tsanami took over as leader of Crimson Guardians, she has gathered a number of accomplishments to put under her belt. One such accomplishment is the maxes the army reached under her leadership, something it has never seen before. She implemented a system to help make staff and troops more connected within the server, which has worked out and helped the army. Despite all of these achievements, Tsanami credits her staff and troops for allowing her to succeed.

CP Army Hub caught an interview with Tsanami about her leadership.

Hey Tsanami! Thank you for agreeing to sit down and do an interview! My first question, what made you want to join your first army?

Well, I was just getting coins in the mine when someone came up to me and started talking about armies. I didn’t really know what they were at the time, but they convinced me to join this group Royal Family, and I decided to try it out since I was on summer break and didn’t have much else to do at the time.

Seems to be the start to a lot of our careers! In your opinion, what would you say is the key to the success that you have seen with Crimson Guardians?

Hmm, I’d say that the key to success has been trying to maintain open communication between staff and members as much as possible. In CG we’ve been trying to encourage both old and new members to make sure of our suggestions and help channels to ensure that they feel like they’re genuinely being heard whenever possible. It’s also a matter of ensuring that staff feel like they can speak up if they have concerns and then applying that as a whole afterwards to prevent repeating past mistakes.

That’s awesome! What has been your favorite memory in this community thus far?

I’ve had a few different memories from other armies I’ve been in, but I’d say one that stands out most to me was when CG got #3 in the top 10 one time. Few things can pass up the excited atmosphere in the server when we realized how high we had gotten in the Top 10 that week considering we were still considered S/M, some members even put the screenshot of it as their profile picture for the day.

With the start of Crimson Guardians and the growth they have shown, it is hard to ignore the success they have gathered. They are an army to keep watch on. With Tsanami’s leadership so far, it seems the army has nowhere to go but up!
