ALASKA, CP Army Hub’s Headquarters – Welcome again to the Underpaid and Overworked Cup’s first round! Although we were aiming for 16 people, the contest seemed popular enough to make room to up to 20 people! What’s the first round of this graphics tournament going to be?

Click for an enlargened version of the bracket. The bracket was created using a randomizer that placed each contestant in a bracket RANDOMLY. The artist’s skills had no influence over the bracket. Thank you to Ben for creating the bracket’s design.

[ROUND 1] A Server Icon for the Army Republic

For those participating in round 1 (Jstoryhead, Bam, Maxine, Carlos, Games, Manu, Haley, AustinFraud), they’ll have to make a server icon for the legendary Army Republic. To prevent anyone from profiting of the competition and receiving free graphics, we’ve made sure to include armies that aren’t showing signs of revival in the near future. Below will be some custom penguins if needed, but you are not limited to use the ones provided. If you have the talent to make your own, please do so! However, making your own penguin won’t affect the judges’ decision. The dimensions for a server icon are 512 x 512 px. The main colours are red and blue. The icon can be animated but isn’t mandatory. If your icon is animated, it’s similar to making your own penguin as it wouldn’t affect the judges’ decision.

The deadline for submitting the icon is at August 7th, 2020 at 11:59 PM.
