This week we’ve divided the news into the following sections: retirements/rank updates, wars and battles, army openings/closings, and finally the significant news that doesn’t fall under the other categories. Retirements/Rank Updates
Alexandra and Fusion Leave Coup Crusaders Leadership, LawCorazon Promoted
After her exciting promotion to Ice Warriors leader, Alexandra retired from Coup Crusaders to focus on IW. Fusion became a Dark Warriors Second-in-Command following his departure. As a result of the two empty spots, Coolguy promoted LawCorazon to CC leader! Law expressed her excitement and determination for the army’s success soon after her promotion.
Kingfunks4 Retires from CP Armies
After a career filled with achievements including CP Army Legend and S/M Army Legend, Kingfunks4 announced his final retirement from the community. He signed off one last time in a CP Army Hub post found here.

Wars and Battles
Special Weapons and Tactics Launch Offensive Against Superstars
SWAT launched invasions of Superstars land, including Fiesta, Cozy, and Sparkle. Fiesta was a success for SWAT, but Cozy and Sparkle were defended valiantly. Despite these invasions, SWAT did not declare war on Superstars — they claimed they saw an opportunity for more land.
Recon Federation Invades Mangoes Territory
RFCP announced their plans to invade the Mangoes’ server, Down Under, and signed up for the fight of a lifetime. Mangoes brought their allies, the Ice Warriors, and defended their territory in a 3-0 battle. RFCP held a max of 37, while Ice Warriors/Mangoes maintained a max of 70. Down Under remained Mango territory, and RFCP did not continue to invade the Mangoes.

Army Openings/Closings
Romans Return
The Romans announced their return after a three-month hiatus. This iteration of the army is led by Dino, Games, and PINK. Their first event hit a max of 11, which already sets a record after the most recent generation of the army. The leadership is confident about the newest generation of the Romans!
Animal Kingdom Reopens
The Animal Kingdom is a relatively recent army, created in April 2020 by Leila. Only a month ago, an iteration of AK had a short reign and merged into Golden Troops. This time, the army is led by Leila, Aisha, Candy, and Marie, a whole new leadership. For their first event, they maxed 19 — a huge improvement from the end of their last generation. What will the Animal Kingdom conquer this time around?

Gokhan137 and Doritos Collaboration Livestream
In an effort to increase both viewers and maxes, Doritos advisor 32op reached out to CPPS YouTuber Gokhan137 for a collaboration stream. Although the event started out well, it quickly went downhill — tensions between CP players and the CP Army community raised. CP Army Hub caught Gokhan for an interview about the subject.
Small-Medium Army Union Rises
Directed by Pizza Federation leader Hidcre, the Small-Medium Army Union came out of the blue as a direct response to some major armies in the community. The SMAU exists to help protect small/medium armies from being washed away in a flood of major army influence. Hidcre commented about the union, saying the goal is to help small/medium armies in whatever way they need.
CP Rewritten Issues Warning to Army Community
Tensions with Club Penguin Rewritten have just about always existed with the army community, but CPR admin Stu finally announced an official warning against armies. They declared that armies are no longer allowed to host events on full-bar servers. In an effort to gain more information, CP Army Hub received a statement from Stu regarding the ban.
Army of the Orient Seas Exposed for Multilogging, Event Exploitation
After a lengthy investigation, CP Army Hub announced a post about AOS multilogging as well as exploiting events. The impact of these revelations was spread far — Army of the Orient Seas was not only disqualified from the Beach Brawl tournament, but their scores on the coming Top Ten would be adjusted.
