ALASKA, CP Army Hub’s Headquarters – Although there was a bit of a delay on who won the rounds for the Club Penguin Police Department header, the results are finally in. [ROUND 3] [LEGACY] A Xat Inner for the Light Troops

For Zambi, Zuke, Maxine, DMT, Koloway, Ben, Haley, and Cubster, they are required to make a Xat Inner for the former Light Troops. But wait, what is a Xat inner and how do you make one?

• A Xat Inner was what we used on Xat, the chatroom that served as a predecessor to Discord today. You were able to decorate the backing of the chat with an “inner”. Inner receives its name from the fact that there are two types of backgrounds on Xat chatrooms: an inner background for the chat, and an outer which surrounds it.
• Templates are provided above, but you aren’t limited to them. You can go browsing on the Internet to find another template by googling “Xat Inner Template”, or you can make one yourself. The choice is yours.
