Footprints in the Sand: Snork

ALAKSA, CP Army Hub Headquarters – Welcome to Footprints in the Sand! In this column, we sit down and discuss a favorite moment with a different penguin every week. Today’s edition will be featuring none other than Snork!

Snork first joined the army community back in October 2018 with the Templars. He then ranked up to a Leader in Training position in the army but left a few months later in January 2019 to create his own army: the Winged Hussars. After leading for almost a year, Snork merged his army in November 2019 to help lead the Pretzels’ revival instead along with Cena. Snork stayed with the Pretzels until March of 2020 and left the army community for a couple months. However, Snork returned shortly afterwards in May of 2020 when he joined the Pizza Federation and later ranked up to become a part of their leadership.

After becoming a leader, the Pizza Federation was able to win the Challengers Cup. Additionally, the Federation also won the Beach Brawl tournament which occurred around July to August of 2020. During his time in the army, Snork spent enormous effort, even receiving the ‘Federation Legend’ role in the Pizza Federation’s discord server. Furthermore, Snork also became a S/M Legend within the community.

The CP Army Hub staff were able to reach out to Snork for an interview regarding his favorite moment since joining the army community:

What has been your favorite moment since joining the army community?

My favourite moment in cpa was when Pizza Federation won the Challengers Cup

Why was this your favorite moment?

This was my favourite moment as it was a really big achievement for Pizza Federation. It showed how much we’d grown and how we were a force to be reckoned with. It really raised everyone’s spirits in the army and we’ve continued accomplishing great things since that moment

Were you expecting to win the Challengers Cup? Why or why not?

We were confident about the Challenger’s Cup. We knew ourselves that we had grown into a strong sm army, gaining a lot of new members before it. We knew we might be underestimated, given how strong our competition were, but we were really determined and we proved our strength in the end.

Which armies in the Challengers Cup proved to be a tough and challenging opponent?

The People’s Imperial Confederation, our opponents in the finals, were a strong army to face, although we managed to defeat them to win the Cup, even after the multi-logging that occurred against us, and us being predicted to lose by 4/6 of the CPAM staff. Lime Green Army were another formidable opponent, bringing us into overtime in round 2, where we beat them 2-1-1 in the end. It was definitely tough to win but that made the moment even sweeter.

Moving forward, how did you apply this experience to the other battles and events that PZF participated in?

Well participating in Challenger’s Cup was really intense, there was a lot of pressure on us to lead quickly and max high, and we accomplished it. We went on to win Beach Brawl a few months later, and winning Challenger’s Cup definitely prepared us for it. We were confident in our abilities to fight so many different armies in a few weeks, preparing each battle carefully.

It seems that winning the Challengers Cup was definitely a huge accomplishment and moment for Snork. With the conclusion of today’s interview, who will be interviewed next? What special moment will they have for us?

What do YOU think about Snork’s favorite moment? Who should be interviewed next? Let us know in the comments section down below!
