ALASKA, CP Army Hub Headquarters – Executive Producer Max, the Army Hub’s rendition of Aunt Arctic, answers your burning questions.

Do you believe that the end of this year is an end of another CPA generation, because of the flash shutdown?

Dear Reader,

No chance! They said it was over when Disney bought Club Penguin, and again when Club Penguin shut down in March 2017. The CP army community far surpasses the game itself, and has evolved to a state where we could consider ourselves a ‘gaming’ community as opposed to a ‘Club Penguin’ community. While the shutdown of flash is a huge setback, we are resilient as ever and will adapt to the situation as we encounter it. While there are people here and memories to be made every day, this community will never end.

What is your favourite dessert?

Dear Reader, 

Timothée Chalamet. I love those ‘chocolate bomb’ desserts where you have to pour melted chocolate over a chocolate dome to reveal the dessert within. Even if it doesn’t taste amazing, it makes for a good Instagram story.

What is your favourite holiday and why?

Dear Reader, 

Personally, I absolutely love October to December, and so my favourite holidays have to be Halloween and Christmas (I can’t pick!). You just can’t beat the spooky season, with the Pumpkin Spice Latte back in Starbs and a new series of The Haunting of Bly Manor to binge watch on Netflix. Halloween is also such a great time to dress up and have fun with your friends.

Oh and when the clock strikes midnight on October 31st, it’s officially Christmas for me. It’s safe to say Ariana Grande’s ‘Santa Tell Me‘ will be playing all throughout November and December.

Who do you think will win the Fright or Fight tournament?

Dear Reader, 

Ooooo, now this is difficult to answer. For the small-medium bracket, I’m putting my money on the Pizza Federation. They’ve already picked up two of the small-medium tournament trophies this year so claiming the third is a very realistic possibility. Having said that, the Red Ravagers are placing really well in the weekly Top Tens, and so I’m sure it will be a close yet exciting battle.

As for the major army bracket, of course I would love for the Army of Club Penguin to win. As a member of the higher command, I believe it is possible, but the army will need to be on their A-game against the Rebel Penguin Federation. The Rebels have picked up 2/3 of the tournament trophies this year, and this will be the third ACP-RPF finals battle we’ve seen in 2020. Although the Army of CP defeated the RPF back in January, the Rebels claimed victory twice in the Premier League and of course took home the Legends Cup X trophy in the Summer. Whatever happens, I have no doubt the battle will be a hugely exciting community event. The CP Rewritten armies stay winning!
