Footprints in the Sand: Mehakk

ALASKA, CP Army Hub Headquarters – Our latest edition of Footprints in the Sand will be featuring Mehakk, a current Second in Command with the Doritos. Which moment will we explore with her today?

Mehakk first joined the Royals around a year ago in June 2019. After a couple months in the army, Mehakk eventually joined their leadership and led until May of 2020. Around the month of April, Mehakk also joined the CP Army League as a board alongside 32op. Mehakk then went on to help create CP Army Hub where she held the position of Executive Producer. However, Mehakk left the army community a couple weeks after the creation of the new league and only recently returned around a month ago. As of today, Mehakk currently rests as a Second in Command with the Doritos. Additionally, Mehakk also holds the positions of Editor-In-Chief and Judge with the CP Army Hub.

A Royals event in March

CP Army Hub staff were able to reach out to Mehakk for an interview regarding her favorite moment:

What has been your favorite moment since joining the army community?

ahhh my favourite moment was def being leader in royals, i led alongside some great people. However, my favourite part from leading was during the fjord frenzy and march madness tournaments!! Tournaments r a lot of fun even tho they’re stressful. Surprisingly royals was in the semi-finals in the march madness tournament held in cpal and that was a pretty big moment for us!

If any, which armies in the March Madness tournament proved to be a tough and challenging opponent?

Well in the semi-finals we went up against dark warriors and they were definitely the most challenging opponent considering all our previous battle were against other s/m armies

Were you surprised that the Royals made it to the semi-finals?

very surprised!! Not long before that we were barely maxing ten but we were able to work hard and have pretty decent and consistent sizes to be able to perform well. A lot of the s/m armies were maxing about the same as we were so it was surprising that we were able to make it so far

What is one thing you learned from this moment?

this is gonna be cheesy but don’t give up lmao!! i know at one point all of us leaders just wanted to give up since it was really only the three of us (me, rosesred, and erika) keeping the army alive but we kept pushing and soon enough we became a s/m powerhouse again and even ended up having maxes of 30+ by the end of the first generation of royals.

Reaching the semi-finals of the March Madness tournament was certainly a shocking accomplishment for Mehakk.
