ALASKA, CP Army Hub Headquarters – Welcome to the newest Thursday column, “How Do You REALLY Feel?”, written by Editor-in-Chief Caramel! In this column, we explore how people truly feel about various things happening throughout the community, especially since we recently experienced the end of Flash and the start of a new year. Today’s edition will be featuring none other than Superhero123!
From joining the army community as early as 2013, Superhero123 is certainly an experienced veteran. He is well known for leading the Smart Penguins, an extremely successful army in the year of 2014. Super was also responsible for the creation of CP Armies: The Game, a CPPS that had many special features for armies. In 2019, Super was awarded the title of CP Army Legend due to his various works in both the CP Armies League and CPA:TG. As of recently, following the closure of CP Armies, Superhero123 joined the Advisor board at CP Army Hub and the Water Vikings leadership.
To find out more about how he felt following the recent turn of events, CP Army Hub staff reached out to Superhero123 for an interview regarding his feelings about different events.
How did you feel following the closure of CP Armies?
Well for me personally my whole “cpps army project” ended with CPATG. CP Armies was just a continuation of it by Flen, on which I put a helping hand but I can’t really say I was actively developing and administering it like I was doing for CPATG. I was sad that it closed down tho, since armies don’t have a CPPS run by the CPA community anymore which could cause issues in the future.
Since you stated that there could be issues in the future without a CPPS run by the CPA community, do you feel worried about the future of armies?
No, armies will always find a way. HTML5 servers will keep getting better and better, and in the future we will have open source HTML5 clients as well for anyone to build a CPPS with.
With 2020 having recently ended, how do you feel about the year of 2021 so far?
Well not many things have happened
we have a vaccine now for COVID though which is great news, hopefully things will be back to normal in a few months
Being a new Water Vikings leader, do you feel overwhelmed with responsibilities, especially since you hold many positions at CP Army Hub as well?
I am always overwhelmed with responsibilities, but I do my best to manage them. With the extreme quarantine my country has right now, I can barely leave my house anyway so I find time.

On the bright side, it seems that Super is not worried about the future of armies. With many HTML5 servers in progress, it seems that the army community may find another CPPS to use soon. With the start of a brand new year, what will the army community experience in 2021?
