Nell Stamps Into Help Force Leadership

ZIPLINE, Help Force Empire – Following an eventful Winter Week and the shutdown of flash, the Help Force sees some interesting changes in their leadership. Nell, a hardworking staff member in the Help Force, received a promotion to the rank of leader. What does this mean for the Help Force?

Nell’s army journey began in January 2020 when she was recruited to the Help Force on CP Rewritten. Following a few months of being an active troop, Nell was given the shot of being a staff member in April. After her promotion to General, the Help Force Fifth in Command rank, her hard work and effort didn’t stop there. She worked diligently for her eventual promotion to Marshal in July, and subsequently her promotion to Admiral, the equivalent of Third in Command, in September. Nell’s promotion to leader was not unprecedented, for she was one of the most well liked staff members in the Help Force, even winning “Most Elite Staff Member” in their End of Year Awards.

After the retirement of Tistle, the torch of leadership was passed onto Barnito, who led the army to great heights. With the help of Nell, there have been many changes implemented, leading the Help Force to reach third on the CP Army Hub Top Ten. Being a major contender, the army recently won the Aces of AUSIA tournament, made it to the Christmas Chaos semifinals, and achieved a max of 121 troops during their Final Flash Showdown event.

To find out more, CP Army Hub staff reached out to Nell for her perspective regarding her promotion.

What do you hope to accomplish during your time as a HF leader?

Improvements will always need to be made in different aspects of the army. I’d like to see that during my time as a leader, the Help Force keeps growing and thriving because we’re ready to become the no. 1 army this year.

What are your ideas for supporting HF following the death of flash?

Keeping the community together is one of the most important things until we find another suitable CPPS to use for our events. During this transition period, we need to make sure people don’t lose their interest, and that’s why we’ve been working on keeping everyone entertained with all sorts of different fun games and contests.

Do you have any advice for someone looking to rank up in HF?

Ranking up is not easy at all. Many people strive to be army leaders one day. They work hard, but sometimes they forget a few significant matters. Know when to relax and when you have to be serious and take action. Be bold, but respectful and don’t forget that we’re all Helpers and we’re all a family.

Is there anything else you would like to add?

Thank you for this interview opportunity! I want to thank everyone from Help Force who encouraged me every day. This promotion also marked one year since I joined the Help Force and the army community, so it was quite beautiful. Lastly, I’d like to congratulate and wish good luck to all our staff members who received promotions lately!

With her enthusiasm, it seems as though Nell intends on working hard during her leadership term with exciting plans in store. With a new leader introduced, how will the Help Force fare with a switch from solo to duel leadership?
