Underground Mafias Army Return

UNKNOWN TERRITORY, Underground Mafias Army Nation – Some old armies would prefer CPA to die out, however, some of them prefer the opposite and let it continue. Why? They want another chance to be the best out of the best. That chance has been given to this newly revived army, Underground Mafias Army

The Underground Mafias Army is one of the oldest armies in the existence. They were created by Pink Mafias on January 8, 2007. The UMA attacked Mammoth frequently, which was spotted by many people. When Oagalthrop stumbled across the army, he found out that they were teaching hack tutorials, which he decided to put an end to. This became what we know as World War II. UMA quickly defeated ACP in battle with Nachos and Club Penguin United Nations Space Commission.

UMA peacefully operated their army for four months until a high ranking troop came along and rebelled from against them. On May 8th, 2007, a penguin named Commando717 lead a rebellion known as the Rebel Penguin Federation. He believed that hacking was wrong, which ended the ceasefire between ACP and UMA. The Underground Mafias Army would soon be beaten. By June 23rd ACP destroyed the last bit of UMA at the Battle of Wool Socks. UMA leader, Mpenguin, surrendered shortly after. The UMA would fall into a depression. However, they reconstructed themselves and managed to be one of the best major armies in the CPAC final Top Ten, earning themselves 6th place out of 10.

Now they are back and ready to venture into a new era and new opportunities. Their four leaders, Games, Zeke, Dillon and Justinfortsa, are leading their efforts. This begs the question, why did they come back? What encouraged them to join this new era? I spoke with UMA leader Zeke to find out more.

Zeke, Underground Mafias Army Leader

Hexxer: Why did you bring back the UMA?

Zeke: Seeing other OG armies like ACP and Romans come back, we thought it was the appropriate time to continue to the UMA legacy with another generation of success.

Hexxer: What makes the UMA different from other armies?

Zeke: The UMA has way more history and pride then most armies do in the community today.

Hexxer: How did most react when they saw that UMA was coming back?

Zeke: Not very good because we have sort of a bad reputation with some people for whatever reason. But we’ll prove all the haters wrong.

Hexxer: How will you do that?

Zeke: Max 25+ like we did in our last gen in 2018.

Hexxer: Do you think that this will be a golden era in UMA?

Zeke: If our recruiting force keeps it up we’ll be a world power in no time, definitely.

Hexxer: What are some of your future plans for UMA?

Zeke: Keep growing and build our empire and also win a war or 2.

Hexxer: Those are some really great plans for UMA! How will this new era of UMA be different from previous ones?

Zeke: The leadership will work together and we can build on our success from our previous-gen.

Hexxer: I hope you will succeed with that! Before we end this, is there anything else you want to say?

Zeke: Join UMA, Fight The Bad!

Hexxer: Thank you for your time!

Zeke: Np.

UMA leader, Zeke, is positive that if the UMA continues recruiting and attending events, this will be a golden era for UMA,. Who knows? Maybe they can even teach new armies the old way of armies and maybe the UMA can learn a trick or two from this new era! After all, they are here to Fight the Bad!

BREAKING: Shock Troops Declares War On Lime Green Army

SKATES, Shock Troops Capital – As the days progress, armies continue their normal activities; holding events, talking with other armies, etc. Then suddenly out of nowhere, the Shock Troops decided to declare war on the Lime Green Army. Today we’ll find out why!

On Saturday the 2nd of November at 6:01 PM EST, the Shock Troops leader, Cena, decided to declare war on the Lime Green Army. There was seemingly no reason why they declared war. However, they did state the terms for their invasion.

ST
Invasion of Matterhorn (CPATG) (Territory of Lime Green Army).
Sunday, November 3rd, 6:02 PM EST.
Shock Troops declare war on LGA.

No allies.
No transfers.
Let’s do this.

Cena, Shock Troops Leader

Lime Green Army Leader, Fresh, responded with:

The Shock Troops has declared war on us. If they want a war we’ll give them a war. We will need you guys to participate in this war and give it your all. We can win this if we all work together to defeat Shock Troops. The next battles we have will all be worth 15 limes #lime-system Lets show Shock Troops what we got and win this war.

Fresh, LGA Leader

After that, the ST’s first invasion of the war began. The LGA tried their best to defend Matterhorn, maxing 12, but in the end, the ST successfully captured the server with a max of 16; resulting in a 2-1 win for ST.

On Monday, two invasions were scheduled; one from ST and one from LGA. For the first invasion, ST went after Ice Box, but the LGA kept their server due to a tie (1-1-1). The ST excelled in the Snow Forts and LGA got the upper hand in Town. With both armies being equally precise and fast, the fight in Stadium was a draw and Ice Box stayed in the hands of the LGA.

Following that, LGA invaded the  ST server, Rainbow. This resulted in a 3-0 win to for ST, due to them dominating every single room and maxing more troops than the LGA.

However, what was the reason for this war? Why did the Shock Troops decide to declare war on the LGA, out of all armies? What was the point and the message behind it? Let’s find out today as we interview the Shock Troops leader, Cena.

Interview with Cena, Shock Troops Leader

Hexxer: Thank you for doing this with me! Before we start, can I ask how are you today?

Cena: I’m excellent! Crushin’ limes and makin’ dimes. Not really making any dimes but I found a quarter on the ground earlier.

Hexxer: Finders keepers I guess. Now first off, why did you declare war on the LGA?

Cena: The entire community knows that I have wanted to draw green blood for months. My primary issues arise from “strategies” they’ve used past wars, such as the use of allies and cowardly invading at 6 AM on a school day.

Hexxer: What are your plans to counter-attack their strategies?

Cena: Cena always has a plan. I’m simply going to continue to strike back harder and harder. I will not see failure in this war.

Hexxer: Well, what will happen if you fail in this war?

Cena: I won’t.

Hexxer: I guess you’re confident about that. What happens if you win the war?

Cena: The streets will be painted blue. We will fly our flag proudly across the landscape. I can’t say for sure if we will go on to seek out new targets or wait around for someone to pick a fight with us.

Hexxer: If LGA offers a treaty, will you agree to it?

Cena: No chance in hell.

Hexxer: How will the war end?

Cena: I will eradicate LGA entirely if I must. I will not allow LGA to maintain a presence on the map.

Hexxer: How do you plan to do that?

Cena: My lips are sealed.

Hexxer: I hope we can unseal them soon. For now, I will end this interview, is there anything else you want to say?

Cena: End Cenaphobia. LGA is frail. ST will win. Shoutout to the LGA guy that chanted “WE SUPPORT HOMOPHOBIA!” Very mature!

Hexxer: Thank you for your time!

Cena: Of course! <33

The ST want to destroy the LGA’s strategy and eradicate them from the map. The LGA and ST have scheduled invasions more against each other; Zipline, Matterhorn (again), Sleet and Rocky Road. In the end, this war can only end with one army losing and one coming out with the glory.

Who do you think will win? How long will this war last? Will Cenaphobia end? Comment your answers below!

Rebel Penguin Federation: Retirement of QueenieLiz

TUXEDO, Rebel Penguin Federation Capital Server – As days and months go by, people will eventually get bored and tired of armies, feeling the need to retire. Today, that fate has hit QueenieLiz, as she announces her retirement.

On September 14th, around 4:40 PM EST, QueenieLiz officially announced to her army that she will step down from leader following with a retirement post, detailing her two year journey in the Rebel Penguin Federation and Club Penguin Armies.

My journey in RPF began on Friday the 11th of August 2017. I never imagined that I’d still be here two years later. I say journey because being a member of RPF is a journey. Journeys are never easy or straightforward, there are always bumps in the road, twists and turns and I think everyone would agree that my time in RPF hasn’t been easy or straightforward, but I don’t regret being part of it whatsoever.

I joined with Alex, we had recently discovered CPR and were just playing for the memories of Club Penguin. Card Jitsu had just been released and even though it was full of glitches everyone was waiting in the Dojo for Sensei. We found the RPF Mascot Tracker and joined the server and RPF then and there (this is how important the CPR News Team is). I remember we had no clue what it was and Alex telling me there’s this person called DJ and if you DM them they give you a ‘PROMOTION TO PRIVATE’ and we were both like ‘aw yeah free promotion’! At that time the Recruit role didn’t exist, you were just identified as a Visitor until you messaged someone to let them know and then instant Private. We went on holiday shortly afterwards so I was kinda non-existent till early September.

During my first week of really being part of RPF, attending events and talking lots I was awarded Troop of the Week (#5) on the 15th of September 2017, the first ever Private to receive the award.:cooll: At this point I didn’t even know what it was but I was super excited because in a Discord server of 8000 members seeing your name on the side bar is practically impossible when you’re a private, and there was my name at the side in a nice pink colour. Then I got a double promotion to Corporal (because Private First Class existed) which was also really cool because I was now a higher rank than Alex.:cooll:

I received my promotion to Moderator on 26th of November and that was pretty funky. I mean I think we can all agree that nobody exactly enjoys being the Mod green, purple was the superior colour (we had that for a while)! However, part of being a Mod is having to endure the green so it’s gotta be done.

I received my promotion to Owner (High Command) on the 19th of March 2018. At that time it took me approximately six months between joining RPF and reaching High Command, so it isn’t easy. That General rank is a nice one a lot of people like to get stuck at, but you’ll get there in the end. If you’re dedicated to RPF and you work hard you’ll get the Owner promotion, it just takes a little while longer.

Being an Owner was all great a dandy and we entered a Golden Age which was fantastic to be a part of. Shout out to Dragon Age for being fire. Exodus was interesting, with people retiring left, right and centre and everyone playing MooMoo.io to pretend it’s all dandy. All that matters is we got through it, that’s what counts. Somewhere in the Exodus mess I was appointed 2ic, which was kinda cool but also stressful naturally.

I was appointed as Rebel Commander on the 4th of January 2019, and serving as your leader has been an absolute joy. I won’t pretend it was easy, because it wasn’t. It seems really easy from an outside point of view, but there’s a lot of pressure on the leader/s. I’m leaving you in the safest hands I know, Ultipenguinj.

Thank you to all of those who have supported me, to name a few: Alex (loser), Cosmo (low iq), Junie (noob), Danielle (Angel), Rane (golden pupper baby), Plane (bleeehhh), Night (AUSIA King), Left (Jon Snow), Lucy (cutie), Weaboowaddle (yee), Red (Hawaiian babe), Star (will fight you), Cheese (Alex’s wife), RPF Cat (rawr), MissMariss (scrapbook Queen), Mindy4isback (bizzy), Mariana/Witchkiki (TikTok Queen), Klein (shark), Pookie (clown), Jimmy (AUSIA baby), Emcee (lovely), Sugar (my child), Aisha (sweetie), Crazzy (like Jay-Z), Peaky (RPF ladies-man), Ulti (Mariokart goon) and last but not least Popsiclebeak (DABZ). It ended up being more than a few, oops.

It’s been an absolute honour serving as your Rebel Commander.

Fight the Good Fight!

Queenieliz – Former RPF Rebel Commander and RPF Hero

After she finished the post, all the troops and highest commanders sent their regards to Liz. Although everyone is sad to see her retire, they understand her decision and wish the best for her. This especially saddened Rebel Penguin Federation’s troops because as leader, she lead the Rebel Penguin Federation into glory and greatness. She always tried to listen to the troops when making decisions and improved the Rebel Penguin Federation in many ways. We interviewed her to find out more about her decision to retire.

Interview with QueenieLiz, Retired Rebel Federation Commander

Hexxer: Why have you decided to retire from the Rebel Penguin Federation?

QueenieLiz: I decided to retire because after two years in RPF I’ve done a lot, and I decided it was time for me to retire. I became active in RPF in September 2017 so it’s basically two years on from then and now there’s a stable leadership with Ulti I can happily leave RPF knowing I’ve helped to rebuild the community after the Exodus stuff and leave it as the strong entity you see today. I think there always comes a time when you need to leave CPA behind and I’ve made my friends, rose all the way from the bottom to the top, done my job and now it’s time for me to move on.

Hexxer: How will your retirement effect the Rebel Penguin Federation?

QueenieLiz: I mean for a lot of the current generation of troops I’ve been a constant throughout, so it’ll be a big change to not have me there anymore. However I’m not completely gone, I’ve been appointed as an advisor so I’m still here to help RPF when and if they should need me. It’s sad, and I think initially it’ll feel weird for a lot of troops, and myself of course. However, as I said there’s a stable leadership now, so I think just as past leaders have left the RPF will continue seemingly unaffected.

Hexxer: Will you eventually come back to lead in the Rebel Penguin Federation again?

QueenieLiz: No, as I’ve said I’ve done two years, made it to the top and done my job. I have no plans on ever rejoining RPF as an active member or leader. If RPF ever needed me to rejoin then I’d of course consider it but as far as I’m concerned my time in CPA is well and truly over, and as sad as that is I’m happy because I’ve got fond memories to look back on, and RPF has given me a lot that I can take forward in life.

Hexxer: What are some of the valuable lessons the Rebel Penguin Federation has taught you?

QueenieLiz: Always believe in yourself, and never let the words of others hurt you. First and foremost listen to your friends, they’ll always give you the best advice.

Hexxer: What can you say is different from when you first joined the Rebel Penguin Federation to now?

QueenieLiz: I mean a lot, the entire community is different. The community I joined was old CPA moved to Discord and Rewritten. A lot of the new RPF community never experienced that which has it’s good and bad points. I’m also one of those people. In some ways, it’s better and in other ways not. You need to have the structure and formality of old CPA combined with the post-Club Penguin understanding of the CPPS community and new ways of recruiting. Pop and Left understood this completely which is why their era was so fantastic. I like to think myself and Ulti achieve that balance most of the time as Ulti was old CPA and I’m post. However Ulti’s a quick learner so I think this sets RPF in good stead for the future, and I’ll be here to advise should I be needed.

Hexxer: We’re sad to see you’re leaving but we understand your decisions, you’ll always be welcome in the CPA community. Is there anything else you want to say?

QueenieLiz: Just never give up on your CPA goals and FIGHT THE GOOD FIGHT! :salute: :rpf:

As you can see, QueenieLiz has experienced a lot in the community. The rise and fall of armies, the movement and rebellions against private servers, but most importantly, the love from the community. We’re sad to see her leaving but understand that after two years of armies, you will eventually get bored. We wish QueenieLiz a happy retirement and hope to see her again soon!

Best Wishes from Leaders and CPA Staffs

Sheesh, talk about a tough act to follow. RPF is gonna succeed and do fine, don’t you worry. Take care of yourself, and don’t forget the good memories and fun you had in your two years here.  You wouldn’t have spent so long here if you didn’t enjoy it. Best of luck moving forward, ftgf! Also hmu sometime on switch so you can beat me in Mario Kart some more.

Ulti, Rebel Penguin Federation Commander

I am saddened to have entered the CPA stage late in the career of QueenieLiz. I’d looked forward operating alongside her in this spectacular league. RFCP respects her and honors her decision. Personally, I send her my love in this new chapter of life. No matter where her journey takes her, may she always remember she has a friend in this fellow Commander.

– Prior Bumble, Recon Federation Leader

Sometime’s in life even the cow must leave her own children, once they feel the children have outgrown them. Not all of the time does the child leave the mother.

– Cobra, Elite Guardians Leader

I wish QueenieLiz a happy retirement.

– Snork, Winged Hussars Leader

I’m sorry for the time I called you a cow. I didn’t mean it. We should totally have a cuddle party sometime!

– Cena, Duck Knight Army Leader

Good luck in life.

– Brian, Club Penguin Coast Guard Leader

I see that she was a strong leader considering that she managed to rebuild RPF into an army that we see today. So what I want to say is that I wish her all the best and hope she won’t forget our little lovely community.

– Dolepie47, Green Street Gang Leader

I never had interacted with Liz, she seemed like a good person, I wish the best for her.

– Yyeellooww7, Wild Ninjas Leader

The admins thank her for her huge role in bringing the Rebel Penguin Federation to CPA. She will always be known as an instrumental part of CPA’s growth in size and as a community. We wish her the best.

– DMT, Club Penguin Armies Spokesperson

Thank you for being a great friend when I first joined RPF, and being an amazing Commander in RPF. It’s been a long journey with you (1 year!), as always, Fight the Good Fight.

– Hexxer, Club Penguin Armies Reporter

I hope you do well in whatever you go on to do next! CPA was definitely more interesting with you around! You weren’t afraid to roast people to hell and back! Hope you come and visit!

Whack-A-Mole-War: Recon Federation of Club Penguin Declare War On Lime Green Army

NORTHERN LIGHTS, Recon Federation of Club Penguin Capital – As the War of Sea and Shadow comes to a close, a new war is on the horizon. So why did the Recon Federation of Club Penguin declare war on the Lime Green Army?

On September 8th, the Lime Green Army decided to join the War of Sea and Shadow, scheduling an invasion on one of the Winged Hussars servers. What they didn’t know was that the Wild Ninjas and the Recon Federation of Club Penguin made an agreement that the Wild Ninjas were not allowed to use the Lime Green Army’s help in battles against them. However, the Wild Ninjas broke that agreement when one of the Lime Green Army’s troops helped the Wild Ninjas. Recon Federation of Club Penguin let that pass, until the Lime Green Army joined the war. That was the final straw for the Recon Federation of Club Penguin.

The Recon Federation of Club Penguin leader, Prior Bumble, first scheduled an invasion on Wild Ninjas. That same day, the Treaty of Avalancha was made between Duck Knight Army, Wild Ninjas, and Winged Hussars.

The Treaty of Avalancha

Formed on 8/9/19, this treaty forbids either army to schedule invasions on one and another until October 26th, 2019. All currently scheduled invasions will be cancelled apart from Wild Ninjas’ invasions of Beanie, taking place on 9/14/19. This will be dubbed “The Battle of Beanie” The DKA will transfer former Wild Ninjas territory, Husky, back to their lands. The Duck Knight Army will not get involved currents affairs between Recon Federation of Club Penguin and Wild Ninjas. The Wild Ninjas will not schedule further invasions of the Winged Hussars’ territory whether the currently scheduled invasions on Alpine is successful or not, granted that Winged Hussars do not wish to continue the conflict. If this treaty is broken, the army who disgraced it will vacate their entire nation to the other.

– Cena, Duck Knight Army Leader

This left only the Recon Federation of Club Penguin, Lime Green Army, and Wild Ninjas in the war. However, Wild Ninjas soon drop out, resulting in the end of the War of Sea and Shadow. Afterwards, the Recon Federation of Club Penguin and Lime Green Army continued scheduling invasion each other’s servers. After about four invasions, the Recon Federation of Club Penguin decided to declare war on the Lime Green Army.

RFCP declares a new war on LGA, no allies. If they wanna keep this up, we’re gonna do this right. I shall be calling the war the Whack-A-Mole War (we will whack LGA servers that arise).

– Prior Bumble, Recon Federation of Club Penguin Leader

After war was declared, the first official invasion in the war was the Yeti (CPATG) commenced, resulting a win for the Lime Green Army due to its fairly new addition of an AUSIA division. The Recon Federation of Club Penguin has a hard time with these types of invasions because there are not many AUSIA troops in their army.

There will be many more battles to come; such as the possible reclamation of the White House. Let’s see what the Lime Green Army leader, Karma, has to say about this war.

Interview with Karma, Lime Green Army Leader

Hexxer: What was your reaction when the Recon Federation of Club Penguin declared war on the Lime Green Army?

Karma: We scheduled a lot of invasions on them, so I wasn’t really surprised they declared war on us. Regardless, I feel like Lime Green Army is ready to take on a war!

Hexxer: Why did the Recon Federation of Club Penguin declare war on the Lime Green Army?

Karma: I believe RFCP mainly wants to challenge our use of allies. They also obviously want to take our servers, but jokes on them, we don’t have many to choose from.

Hexxer: What are some of your plans to win the war?

Karma: I can’t spill too much, but we’ve dedicated a lot of time to building up our three divisions. Timing is our biggest ally in this war.

Hexxer: I see. Do you think the Lime Green Army will win the war?

Karma: Definitely!

Hexxer: How so?

Karma: Our troops are motivated to strike at any time, and we have the speed to outshine any of RFCP’s tactics.

Hexxer: How long do you think the war will last?

Karma: Could be weeks, but we won’t give up until RFCP does.

Hexxer: If the Lime Green Army loses, what will your reaction be?

Karma: A loss for LGA would inspire me to put more purpose into training/recruiting and push our ambition.

Hexxer: Optimistic! Always love a bit of it! Is there anything else you want to say?

Karma: Good luck to RFCP and long live the green!

The Lime Green Army is ready to take on any challenges Recon Federation of Club Penguin throws at them. However, the Recon Federation of Club Penguin is also strong depending on when their troops are most active, and as you know, there can be only one victor of this war.

So who you think will win? Will the Recon Federation of Club Penguin increase their AUSIA recruits? Will Lime Green Army actually win? Comment your answers below!

Army in Focus (#1): Rebel Penguin Federation

TUXEDO, Rebel Penguin Federation Capital – Welcome to Army in Focus! With Army in Focus, we zoom in on their history and their rise to success. Today, we look at the Rebel Penguin Federation

Rise of the Rebel Penguin Federation (2007 – 2008)

In 2007, the Army of Club Penguin and Underground Mafias Army were fighting what we know now know as World War III. It all started because the Army of Club Penguin doesn’t support the idea of hacking for rare items and coins whereas the Underground Mafias Army was known for their use of hacking. A penguin named Commando717 was a high ranking General in the Underground Mafias Army. One day, he had a change of heart and realized that hacking was wrong. This change of heart launched a rebellion against the Pink Mafias (creator of the Underground Mafias Army) and many of the Underground Mafias Army’s soldiers joined him. On May 8th, 2007, the “Rebel Penguin Federation” was born.

The Rebel Penguin Federation successfully occupied the server Tuxedo in the coming days. However, the newly founded army was young and unstable, with several members beginning turning on Commando. Another rebel group quickly split from the Rebel Penguin Federation, known as the Tuxedo Rebel Army (TRA), led by Bobo405. This new army pushed the Rebel Penguin Federation out of Tuxedo. The Rebel Penguin Federation then invaded the United Mafias Army-controlled servers of Parka and Tundra. The Rebel Penguin Federation was briefly hunted by the Tuxedo Rebel Army, who eventually returned to Tuxedo and eventually collapsed. The Rebel Penguin Federation then spent several days growing in number by recruiting civilian penguins. Eventually, the Rebel Penguin Federation was deemed large enough by Commando that an attempted invasion the server Mammoth was ordered. Although they were unsuccessful, this event made the Rebel Penguin Federation known to the Army of Club Penguin for the first time. However, it also caused the Rebel Penguin Federation to be viewed as a threat by the Underground Mafias Army. Commando soon got in contact with Oagalthorp, the leader of the Amy of Club Penguin. After becoming friends, the Rebel Penguin Federation entered World War III as an ally of the Army of Club Penguin and the Club Penguin Air Force.

On May 26th, 2007, Commando led the Battle of Breeze, which ended in a decisive victory for the Allies, leaving the Underground Mafias Army demoralized and the server Breeze under allied control. Furious and having lost the will to win the war, the Underground Mafias Army leader, Pink Mafias, resigned and quit Club Penguin. The top Underground Mafias Army generals, Angel G8r and Mpenguin123, were left scrambling to save the Underground Mafias Army from complete collapse. Although they managed to keep the army relatively stable, the Underground Mafia Army’s numbers diminished and it was heavily weakened. On June 13th, 2007, the Army of Club Penguin conquered the server Mammoth from the Underground Mafias Army, with the help of Rebel Penguin Federation soldiers.

On June 25th, 2007, the Allies attacked the Underground Mafias Army on the Canadian server, Wool Socks. This resulted in a devastating defeat for the Underground Mafias Army. Mpenguin123 contacted the Army of Club Penguin leader, Oagalthorp, and the two organized a peace treaty. The war was over. Following the war, the Rebel Penguin Federation’s numbers grew dramatically. Many former Underground Mafias Army soldiers joined the Rebel Penguin Federation, which grew into one of the largest armies in Club Penguin.

The Dark Time (2008 – 2012)

Starting in 2008, the Rebel Penguin Federation entered a “Dark Age”, which lasted several years. On April 2nd, 2008, Oaglthorp resigned as leader of the Army of Club Penguin. This left Commando saddened and disheartened as they had grown to be good friends. After a few weeks of silence, Commando decided to follow in Oaglthorp’s footsteps and resigned as leader of the Rebel Penguin Federation on April 18th, 2007. Commando left with the following message.

Yes, I haven’t been on in a long time. It’s because of various reasons. Plus, I’m not into CP anymore. Yes… I know what your thinking. I’m a jerk now like all the other leaders leaving with not much of a goodbye. In fact, I think the same way, but see, CP isn’t a place for me anymore. It’s time to retire, I can’t keep this up… From this day forth, 4/18/08, will be known as the day Commando717 retired…

– Commando717, Rebel Penguin Federation Creator

After his retirement, the Rebel Penguin Federation was left under Kg007’s rule. Under Kg007’s rule, the Rebel Penguin Federation weakened, and when Kg007 left the Rebel Penguin Federation, it caused many soldiers to leave. Two weeks later, Ziehen, leader of the Air Force branch of the Rebel Penguin Federation, became the new leader. Ziehen’s first act as the Rebel Penguin Federation leader was to initiate a month-long recruitment drive. The Rebel Penguin Federation had been dwindling since Commando’s retirement, and Ziehen wished to bring the army back to its former glory. On August 14th, 2008, Ziehen created a new branch of the Rebel Penguin Federation, Security and Espionage. Later that month, Ziehen went on a vacation, appointing Dragonninja0 as temporary-leader until his return. Upon returning, Ziehen was unhappy with Dragonninja’s drastic changes to the ranks of the Rebel Penguin Federation and decided to demote him. This decision was met with a lot of backlash and hate, so the next day Ziehen published a blog posted on the Rebel Penguin Federation website called “You shall all shut up!” where he criticized and insulted the Rebel Penguin Federation. On August 20th, 2008, Ziehen announced he would be resigning as Rebel Penguin Federation Leader.

Two days later, on August 22nd, Ziehen admitted that he had overreacted and was re-instated as the Rebel Penguin Federation leader. In his resignation, Ziehen set up the government system, which included elections for the role of Governor of a server and the setting up of the U.S.R.P.F Congress. On September 6th, 2008, the Rebel Penguin Federation and the Ice Warriors clashed on the server Sub Zero. After a two-hour battle, Ziehen came to a peaceful agreement with the Ice Warriors leader, Iceyfeet1234. An alliance was formed between the two armies, and plans were made for an upcoming war against the Army of Club Penguin. That’s when things in the Rebel Penguin Federation started getting back on track.

Rebirth of RPF (2013 – 2014)

In May 2013 the Rebel Penguin Federation’s first, second in Command: Elmikey, rejoined the Rebel Penguin Federation. He was known as the best army recruiter in 2007. Elmikey retired from the Rebel Penguin Federation in late 2007, disappearing completely in 2008. Although he visited Rebel Penguin Federation a few times throughout the years, he never stayed. The decision of Elmikey’s return to the Rebel Penguin Federation caused a new rise to the Rebel Penguin Federation. The army began to see sizes no one had ever seen in years. The Rebel Penguin Federation went from maxing sizes of 5-10 to reaching sizes of 70-100+ regularly. The Rebel Penguin Federation stood as the number one army throughout Elmikey’s leadership. With Elmikey’s back on board, the Rebel Penguin Federation always stayed in the top three. Elmikey became the Club Penguin Army Legend & Person of the Year within only six months of leading the Rebel Penguin Federation. During the Rebel Penguin Federation Victory Era, his recruiting brought in a new generation of members for all armies. It is said that he led Club Penguin Armies out of the Dark Ages, possibly even being the reason Club Penguin Armies are still alive today. During his leadership in the Rebel Penguin Federation, the army defeated all its enemies with some armies never recovering.

Then, in February 2014, Elmikey left the Rebel Penguin Federation because the army became corrupt, with his own people tricked into turning against him. After his departure, the Rebel Penguin Federation only saw a short burst of success with Elmikey’s haters joining for a short period of time. The Rebel Penguin Federation soon fell again. However, things started to turn around when Silverburg built an AUSIA division that maxed 40-50 on weekend events and when new leaders, such as Tanner, joined the army. Soon, the Rebel Penguin Federation rose once again and reached number one on Club Penguin Army Central numerous times. However, when Silverburg and other leaders retired, the Rebel Penguin Federation fell once again. They saw short bursts into the top ten, but weren’t the army they once were. The army rose back up when Elmikey joined once more. The army maxed sizes of 30-40+ troops per battle during that time. Elmikey took the side of Waterkid side in leading Light Troops. Many felt this would not be reverted, as loyalist and friends of Elmikey now served the Light Troops.

Then, in late January of 2016, the Rebel Penguin Federation was suddenly hit by a defacement, as well as two leaders, xxToySoldierxx and Drake, leaving the army taking along half of the Rebel Penguin Federation’s original force. Elmikey was able to banish most of the traitors, but it still left the Rebel Penguin Federation severely crippled for a week. The Rebel Penguin Federation was forced to give up a war. However, this decision turn out to be beneficial to the Rebel Penguin Federation. Recruitment flourished and the Rebel Penguin Federation managed to reach the final four in the March Madness of 2016 before being eliminated. The elimination, however, gave the Rebel Penguin Federation a chance to recover. Not only was the Rebel Penguin Federation able to recover, but they were also able to secure the following tournament, the Legends Cup, against the Water Vikings.

After securing victory in the tournament, the Rebel Penguin Federation continued to rise, but with September rolling around, many people began to return to school. Despite this, the Rebel Penguin Federation managed to maintain a steady streak, averaging 35+ troops per event, even as high as 50 in some cases. The Rebel Penguin Federation began 2017 strong, but not for long. After the Rebel Penguin Federation had made several updates on their website, their events began to get bot raided, meaning that the Purple Republic had risen with plans to destroy the Rebellion once and for all. The Rebel Penguin Federation refused to go down without a fight. Even with the bots attempting to destroy the Rebel Penguin Federation’s size and pride, loyalty and friendship would ultimately prevail.

With the closure of Club Penguin, the Rebel Penguin Federation no longer uses the website and now has its events on Club Penguin Rewritten, where it remains the largest army, among the few that survived the death of Club Penguin.

Club Penguin Private Server Armies Era (2017 – 2018)

With the closing of the original Club Penguin, the Rebel Penguin Federation moved to the popular CPPS, Club Penguin Rewritten. Originally, its main enemies were the Tuba Gang, which they were currently fighting. However, since the Tubas have evolved from a Gang/Clan to an Army, the war seemed to have settled down, with minor armies popping up and disappearing from time to time, such as the Shadow Troops and the Ducks. The Underground Miners Army also survived, but only as a minority. The Rebel Penguin Federation soon allied with the Romans, but later betrayed them. Some would say the EPF and PSA (Elite Penguin Force and Penguin Secret Agency) are also allies, and on their website, it is sited that EPF members are to be assisted in battle.

Tuba War (2017)

In 2017, the Rebel Penguin Federation engaged in a seemingly never-ending war with the famous Tuba Army, with the sole aim of crushing the Tubas and removing them from Club Penguin Rewritten. Many Tubas claim that they were protesting against the Rebel Penguin Federation, who oppress the island and only target the Tubas as they were the only group to speak out against them. The Rebel Penguin Federation combated the Tubas through the use of tactics such as repeated chants such as “DROP YOUR TUBAS” and their motto “FIGHT THE GOOD FIGHT”, along with traditional Club Penguin Armies tactics. Normally in sightings of ten or more, the Rebel Penguin Federation called in reinforcements when a Tuba army was sighted and also organized occasional “Tuba-hunts.”

Fall of Elmikey (2017)

On December 7th, 2017, members of the leadership council met to discuss the future of Elmikey in the Rebel Penguin Federation. It was decided that Elmikey should be kicked out of the army, but when confronted, he refused. In response, the Rebel Penguin Federation leadership forcibly removed Elmikey. They accused him of various crimes during his reign, including abuse of power, inactivity, inappropriate behavior and having a dictator-like attitude to his position. The news of Elmikey’s removal sent shock-waves throughout the entire army; some were overjoyed, while others were furious. Most of the Rebel Penguin Federation was happy with the decision to remove Elmikey as they had experienced these accusations first hand. In response, a rebel faction split from the Rebel Penguin Federation, mirroring how the Rebel Penguin Federation had split from the Underground Mafias Army a decade earlier. The members of the Rebel Penguin Federation that remained loyal to Elmikey, joined Elmikey’s new army, the Rebel Penguin Marines. Their original goal was to overthrow the current Rebel Penguin Federation leadership and re-instate Elmikey as the sole leader of the Rebel Penguin Federation.

In the following weeks, the momentum that built up from Elmikey’s removal began to wane. As a result, Rebel Penguin Marines’ events became less and less attended as members left. In response, Elmikey changed his goal. Instead of trying to regain his leadership position in the Rebel Penguin Federation, he was now intent on destroying them, with the Rebel Penguin Marines taking its place as the most successful Club Penguin Army.

Instead of using traditional Club Penguin Army methods, Elmikey managed to take down the official Rebel Penguin Federation website for several days. As the Rebel Penguin Federation leader ship worked to make their website more secure and prevent future attacks, their website redirected users to an older Rebel Penguin Federation WordPress website. This did not have as large of an effect on the Rebel Penguin Federation as Elmikey had hoped, as the army was kept organized by its Discord server.

Allegedly, Elmikey also worked with a group of people DDoSing in Club Penguin Rewritten. After the founder of Club Penguin Rewritten, Codey, was made aware of this, Elmikey was IP banned from the website. Codey also stated that if any of the Rebel Penguin Marines were seen on Club Penguin Rewritten, they would be banned as well. The Rebel Penguin Marines has since moved to Penguin Oasis, another CPPS. This weakened the Rebel Penguin Marines due to the significantly smaller number of players on Penguin Oasis than on Club Penguin Rewritten.

On January 12th, 2018, the Rebel Penguin Federation website, now back online, released an article giving substantial of evidence on the DDoS attacks. The article details evidence that Elmikey, two Rebel Penguin Marines soldiers, one of which being Security, and DDoSer known as NullType plotted to take down the Rebel Penguin Federation website. Further insight was also shed on Elmikey’s ban from Club Penguin Rewritten. Apparently, the attacks occurred because the CPR owner Codey was helping the Rebel Penguin Federation sort out their website. In the end, Codey found out that Elmikey was “responsible” through Security, who had become fed up with Elmikey, sending Codey a series of Discord messages regarding the situation.

Moving to Club Penguin Online & World War VII (2018)

After drama on Club Penguin Rewritten between staff, the Rebel Penguin Federation moved to the CPPS, Club Penguin Online, and began its doing events there. The max of the army began to fall.

On July 7th, 2018, the Rebel Penguin Federation declared war on the Templars due to their use of multi-logging. Elmikey, formerly of the Rebel Penguin Marines, was now one of the Templars’ leaders, leading some to interpret this as a continuation of the war between Elmikey and the Rebel Penguin Federation. This was later expanded on with Operation Dynamis.

Operation Dynamis was a covert investigation carried out by the Rebel Penguin Federation into the Templars’ Discord server concerning the claims of multi-logging. This was carried out using Rebel Penguin Federation’s second in command, Plane. Plane used staged messages between him and other Rebel Penguin Federation commanders in this operation. The tactic was successful, and the Templars welcomed Plane. In fact, he was promoted directly into a leadership position. From there, things have begun to escalate between the two armies with two battles, one of which being unscheduled. World War VII ended catastrophically for the Rebel Penguin Federation with them losing the war.

Operation Exodus (August – October 2018)

On August 15th, 2018, Left made an important announcement about Operation Exodus; the plan to move away from the CPPS platform. The former Club Penguin army would undergo re-branding which included removing the word ‘penguin’ from ‘Rebel Penguin Federation’ to create the ‘Rebel Federation’. The Rebel Federation had now become a multi-gaming community that held events on a variety of different games.

The Rebel Penguin Federation Returns (2018 – Now)

October 14th, 2018, the Rebel Federation returned to Club Penguin Rewritten and their Club Penguin Army roots. Twitchy543 again took control after a server defacement, taking the place of Plane and Night. However, as they still intended to host events on other games, they remained the Rebel Federation and did not return to their former name until June of 2019. As the Rebel Federation grew, they set up ‘divisions’ for games with many users and ‘clans’ for those with fewer users. The main two divisions were the Club Penguin and Minecraft divisions. With Twitchy543 acting as the administrator over the entire Rebel Federation, he assigned each division its own leaders, therefore instating Queenieliz, Cosmo and Danielle as the Rebel Federation Club Penguin Division leaders on January 4th, 2019.

March 6th, 2019, the divisions had grown enough to expand out of the Rebel Federation (hub) server and operate on individual servers. Prior to the move, Danielle had retired, but recently rejoined the army, and Silverburg rejoined the leadership team. Silver and Cosmo would go on to retire at the end of May 2019, leaving Queenieliz as the single Rebel Federation Commander.

The Rebel Penguin Federation Returns to Club Penguin Armies (2019 – Now)

On June 21st, 2019, the Rebel Federation began a new era as they rejoined the Club Penguin Army community and reinstated their former name, the Rebel Penguin Federation. Though having returned to their former name, they are still the Club Penguin Division under the wider Rebel Federation Gaming Community. Shortly after their return to Club Penguin Armies, the Rebel Penguin Federation set up a ‘Strike Force’. The Strike Force was a smaller portion of the army to battle other armies outside of their main CPPS (Club Penguin Rewritten) and allow them to have battles with other armies without it being solely based on sheer numbers. Queenieliz appointed Ultipenguinj as Strike Force leader, and after many successes with the Strike Force, he was promoted to Rebel Commander alongside Queenieliz. Since their arrival in the Club Penguin Army community, the Rebel Penguin Federation has managed to sustain their position at the top of the leaderboard.

BREAKING: Mopia Army Shutdown

MARSHMALLOW (CPR), Mopia ex-capital server – As time travel by, armies will eventually get bored and they start to fade into history, and the time has come for Mopia to fade into history

In the beginnings, Mopia have ties to a previous event in RPF, because Mopia was a rogue army before an actual one. However, the concept of army picks itself up after “morganicproduce” created what we now know as the Mopia Offical Discord. SagaSage, MagicalKitten, cotopaxi64, and a handful of others were recruited that day into the group chat by “morganicproduce” , who ask the members to help him set up the channels for the server. Sage and MagicalKitten worked to make the Discord look professional, and turned what started as a joke into a real army. During this time, cotopaxi64, the first Mopia member to join, had been dealing with foreign relations and reached out to Club Penguin Armies.

CPA administrator Greeny got in contact with Sage and encouraged him to register his army with CPA. Though initially confused, he accepted and slowly learned about the new community. On the same day of their conception, Mopia soon made preparations and announced their invasion of the Winged Hussar’s territory of Marshmallow for June 10th. The turnout of this invasion was a smashing success for Mopia, where they maxed an average of 14-20 people during the battle. After the victory, Mopia soon made Marshmallow their official capital on the map. Due to their simplistic uniform, Mopia gained huge traction on CPR, leading to a surge of new members throughout the month. This quickly made them one of the largest armies in CPA.

Though Mopia started off strong, they were soon faced with a new adversary; the Elite Guardians. Upon their registry with CPA, the Elite Guardians scheduled many invasions, three of these being all of Mopia’s territories on CPATG and their capitol of Marshmallow on CPR. Sage had recently made an alliance with QueenieLiz of the Rebel Penguin Federation, another large and historical army that had also just recently joined CPA. The two armies rode off together into the battle for Marshmallow, overwhelming the Elite Guardians and maxing over 50 troops. However, this did not spell the end of the conflict between Mopia and EGCP. Though EGCP’s invasion of Marshmallow had failed, their assaults on Mopia’s CPATG territories, Snowy River and Fiesta, was a success.

Without RPF assistance, Mopia sizes fell back to being relative compared to the EGCP’s. Due to EGCP’s vast experience they managed to win both servers and put an end to the conflict, as well as claiming Fiesta as their new capital on CPATG.

On June 23rd, 2019, Mopia announced a declaration of war against the Pizza Federation starting on July 2nd. This war was viewed as less of a battle between empires and more of a fight between superior themes. No servers were exchanged or claimed throughout this war, but the two armies had multiple skirmishes. The war, however, took a back seat to Mopia’s participation in the Summer Circuit, a tournament hosted by Club Penguin Armies. This prompted the leaders of both armies to end the war so they could focus on the new battle schedules. Coincidentally, Mopia were placed in a bracket with their two biggest rivals; the Elite Guardians and the Pizza Federation.

Across the four week period, Mopia trounced their competition, only being beaten once by the Elite Guardians in the second week. During the fourth week on August 8th, their second to last group stage battle was against the EGCP, this day also is the anniversary of their second month as an army. This battle was ferociously close with the two armies trading leads in size and matching each other’s tactics and formations. In the end, Mopia were announced as the winners, which came as a shock to many in the community, including to Mopia themselves. With the win in hand, Mopia went on to beat the Winged Hussars the next day in their final battle, securing the First Place spot in Group B.

Mopia

Mopia, Summer Circuit Battle

On the 2nd of August, the high council of Mopia (consisting of Sage, Aqua, 6borger9, HeyItsShay, duckyrubber, Baite, and cotopaxi64) as a majority announced they would no longer be using CPR for events. In a long message from Sage, he explains that they no longer felt safe on the CPPS due to repeated breaches in server security and the failure of the staff to acknowledge them in a timely manner. Not only was Mopia unhappy with that, but they were also unhappy with CPR’s hard stance on armies as a whole. In the preceding weeks, CPR staff had started to ban army recruiters more regularly, including Mopia recruiters. This was in contradiction to CPR’s prior stance with Mopia, where they encouraged them to recruit on CPR. To signify their stance on CPR, they transferred their capital and only remaining server, Marshmallow, to the Recon Federation. After that, they still have events but not that much

Then on 8th Sept, they decided to do a farewell party to the CPA community, leaving the community behind. DMT spoke on behalf of the CPA community, sharing their farewells to the army

As I’m sure most of you are aware, Mopia has officially ended their participation with Club Penguin Armies. We would like to thank Sage, Aqua for being extremely wise and thoughtful leaders in our community. From helping us establish privacy policies to being the voice of reason in leader chat, the community will miss these two. In addition to this, we would also like to thank any Mopia member for being a part of our community, wether you are staying or leaving. However, this does not mean Mopia is shutting down! They will still be active as a discord community that ranges from many things like group game sessions and movie nights. If you would like to be apart of their great community, you can ask them for a discord invite. Mopia was one of the great success stories of CPA, and will continue to have an impactful legacy on the history of armies for reasons like introducing leadership through voice chat. Here’s to an incredible 3 months with Mopia :mop:

– DMT, Club Penguin Armies Spokesperson

Now let’s interview them first hand to see the reason behind why they ended their participation with us

Interview with Sage, Mopia Leader

Hexxer: So why did Mopia decided to end all participation with CPA?

Sage: Well, we came to a relatively unanimous decision among staff about it. It was nearing the end of Summer, and already a lot of our staff were getting caught up in life, as people do. With Summer soon over- everyone was going back to school/college, getting jobs, and moving on. It got too difficult to keep up with CPA events, as well as participate with other armies. On top of everything else, we wanted to end on a good note. We left a positive impact on the community that will hopefully continue to resonate.

Hexxer: Would you bring Mopia back to CPA if the Mopia community wants to?

Sage: We were asked about that, and we decided to keep the Mopia name for ourselves. We still remain an open community, and we wanna try to continue our legacy. We’ve been very comfortable with members coming and going at any time, even our own staff. So if anyone wants to participate in CPA- and still be a part of Mopia, they’re more than welcome to join any of the wonderful armies they have. But in short, we will likely not make a return.

Hexxer: Outside from CPA, what other events does Mopia hosts?

Sage: We host a large variety of events as well as our own Minecraft server. The most popular ones we host are usually Movie Mania, Scary Story Hour, DJ Night, skribbl.io, and a variety of other games and in-server events sometimes created by our own members. It’s a much more laid back schedule compared to our past one with CPA events, but we get by just fine, and enjoy spending time with our community in any way we can.

Hexxer: When Mopia left CPA, was the community sad?

Sage: A few of our members who were more intimately a part of the army community were a little confused and some were sad yes. DMT was originally surprised but respected our decision. Queenieliz was another person I talked to that I believe missed having us around as well. Prior Bumble expressed quite a lot of sadness with our decision originally but he’s been supportive of it in the end. He’s a good guy, and with someone like him and the others around, I know people won’t mind our absence nearly as much.

Hexxer: Do you think Mopia affect the CPA community in the recent 3 month when Mopia first joined them?

Sage: I think somehow despite the short time we were active we made an impact on the communities around us, in a hopefully positive way for most. Almost every army leader has dm’s me before and mentioned having a good time with the battles and wars we had with them. All the smiles and laughs have made that apparent and very much worth the journey. I hope that the legacy we left behind isn’t just about myself, or just about my staff or even Mopia itself, but rather about treating people with kindness and respect. It’s a very important practice people take for granted these days.

Hexxer: On behalf of CPA, we’re sad that you’re leaving us but we respect your decision  Is there anything else you want to say to the community?

Sage: I was never any better than anyone else, and I never wanted to prove anything. But given the chance to share a message, I’ll share this; Be kind to one another. The world is a cruel place sometimes- and you have no idea what the person on the other side of the screen is struggling with. It’s not about winning, or territories. Keep that spirit of Club Penguin alive in yourselves, and share those memories with others, set an example for your troops, and remember we’re all just people. On behalf of Mopia, we love you guys, we enjoyed spending time with you and getting to know each other, so take care in wherever life takes you!

We would like you to take a moment to remember Mopia as a wonderful army in our community, sharing new ideas and improving us in many ways. Mopia will always be welcome to CPA.

In Loving Memories of Mopia

The Peninsula Wars: Lime Green Army and Recon Federation Conflict

KLONDIKE, Club Penguin Armies Office – The 2nd largest conflict in the Club Penguin Armies this year, the conflict is between Lime Green Army and Recon Federation, has come to a close, with one army being removed from the map entirely.

At midnight on 27 August, a month away from Treaty of Smog and Citrus, the Lime Green Army have declared war on Recon Federation, dubbing it as the “Conquest of Imperialism. Prior Bumble responded with a counter-declaration, calling the war “The Peninsula Wars”. After some discussion between them, they agreed to no allies and no colonies. The Lime Green Army also agree to not invade Northern Lights, which is a sacred server of Recon Federation. Both armies have scheduled their first invasions on the 28 August, following with LGA invading White House and RFCP invading Cold Front just under 4 hours later.

The Lime Green Army invasion of White House has kicked off the war, it painted a picture of a long stalemate between the two armies, After three close rooms, with similar sizes, tactics, and formations, the battle was ruled as a tie. This meant that the server remained with the Recon Federation.

On the same day, RFCP showed off their endurance by invading Cold Front (CPATG) with relative ease, taking the server. It was only two battles into the war, and the LGA troops looked gassed. At the same time, RFCP was growing in size and capitalized on the dreary attitude from LGA. They invaded Ice Bank (CPATG) on Thursday, maxing 17 compared to just 11 from their opponents.

The Recon Federation began to pull away with the war on Friday, maxing 20 in their invasion of Great White. The Lime Green Army had returned to maxing around 15, but RFCP had grown as well.

This battle led to a rethinking in strategy for LGA. They realized that, because the leaders voted to abolish the ability to declare no colonies in a war, LGA opted to involve their colony, the Cosmic Army. However, Prior Bumble saw this and recolonized the Duck Knight Army, previously known as the Duck Defenders.

Duck Knight Army Flag (No Cosmic Flag Sadly)

The fourth battle was the first battle to include colonies and the last contested battle of the war. After involving the colonies, the Lime Green Army launched an effort to reclaim Cold Front from the Recon Federation. When the battle came, the involvement of colonies turned out to hurt LGA, as RFCP and the Duck Knight Army showed up with 21 troops, compared to 17 from the combined forces of LGA and the Cosmic Army. After thirty minutes, RFCP was declared the winners of the battle.

In conclusion, on the morning of August 31st, 2019, the Rebel Penguin Federation inherited 6 servers from the Lime Green Army, all servers that were not being invaded by the Recon Federation. LGA also informed RFCP that the would not be attending the upcoming battles on the 1st and 2nd of September. In response to this, RFCP declared victory and requested that LGA transferred the remaining 3 servers to RFCP. LGA refused, only worsening the feelings between the two armies. Yet, RFCP persisted, and invaded Sub Zero (CPATG), Deep Freeze (PW), and Beanie (CPR), thus eradicating the map of any LGA presence, and making them the victors of the Peninsula Wars.

Servers conclusion

Recon Federation

The Recon Federation successfully captured 3 servers (Cold Front, Great White, Ice Bank) and have received 3 more servers from LGA from winning the war (Beanie, Sub Zero, Deep Freeze)

Lime Green Army

The Lime Green Army lost 6 of their servers, while the other 5 servers were given to RPF for safe-keeping (Blizzard, Matterhorn, Breeze, Rocky Road, Summit)

Screenshot 10

Current Servers (Not counting safe-keeping)

In recent days, the Recon Federation have declared themselves the winners of the war.  It’s hard to blame them, with their new, heavy imperial presence on the map.  This brings a close to one of the original CPA conflicts for the foreseeable future.

Duck Knight Army Declares War on Winged Hussars

GLACIER, Duck Knight Army Capital – The fairly new army, lead by Cena, known as the Duck Knight Army is declaring war on the Winged Hussars.

The Duck Knight Army, formerly known as Duck Defenders have been on the Top Ten ever since they were created. They gain troops and do lots of events, improving and pushing themselves beyond their limit, that’s what got them on the Top Ten and that’s what kept them going.  With Cena at the helm, the Duck Knight Army have had amazing events.  For example, there were 2 events that saw sizes of 11 troops.

Screen Shot 2019 08 18 At 5.37.59 Pm

One of DKA best events

On the other hand, the Winged Hussars have been active since January of this year.  They were founded by former leaders of the Templars as a rebellion army due to the former leaders saying that even though they earned the highest rank, it was still a dictatorship army rather than sharing among leaders.  Thus, the Hussars were born.

Now, the Winged Hussars are a middle of the road army.  They do not achieve the largest sizes, but they are known for being very active, often having 7+ events per week.  Generally, WH maxes around 7-to-10 troops during their events.  They also have a heavy dose of Polish tactics, paying homage to their theme.

Winged Hussars, Maxing 10 troops

Suddenly, the Winged Hussars received an announcement from the DKA that their leader, Cena, has declared war on them. Cena explains his army only intends to expand more lands and have fun with the Hussars in the war.

DKA declares war on Winged Hussars, with the rule of no allies. There is no personal reason for this war. We are both more or less evenly matched in numbers and would be fun opponents; and the CPA map needs some activity. We hope to make it competitive but friendly!

Cena, Duck Knight Army Leader

Now with a war on their head, will Wolfy, Snork, Shinzō, STV lead the Hussars to glory and victory? Or will they lost the competition by the Duck Knights? Let’s see what Cena and one of the Hussars leader, Snork, think about this war.

Interview with Cena, Duck Knight Leader

Hexxer: So why did you declare war on the Winged Hussars?

Cena: To claim territory, we are looking to grow our nation while creating some fun battles. There is no hatred towards the Winged Hussars, we are simply looking to expand.

Hexxer: Of all the armies you could have chosen, why the WH?

Cena: The Duck Knight Army and the Winged Hussars are very similar in size, so I think it will make for some fun battles

Hexxer: Do you intend to win the war? Or are you just happy if you claim some more lands

Cena: My intentions are to spread Duck Knight territory across each island on the map, I do intend to win the war.

Hexxer: How will you win the war?

Cena: Fair and square.

Hexxer: Good Answer, so after the war, do you intend to go on war with another army or will your army sit back and relax for a moment?

Cena: There will likely be a period of growth before we attempt to engage in combat with another army.

Hexxer: Thank you for your time! Is there anything else you want to address or say to the audience or anyone?

Cena: Greeny, honestly, act more like an admin. QUACK!

Interview with Snork, Winged Hussars Leader

Hexxer: In your opinion, why did the DKA declare war on WH

Snork: No idea, I found out with the war declaration in #schedule-invasions [Note: CPA Discord]. DKA and WH are similar in size at our peaks so I think that’s why he declared war on us in particular

Hexxer: So do you have any plans to lead your army to glory in the war?

Snork: That’s the plan, although I’m not happy about the upcoming invasions – we won’t surrender

Hexxer: So who do you think will win?

Snork: At this point it’s impossible to say, although Winged Hussars will not back down – we’re able to win

Hexxer: The Leader of DKA, Cena, said that this is nothing personal and it’s just competition and fun, but did it felt like it was personal to you and your army?

Snork: I don’t think it’s personal, I’d like to think we’re on good terms with Cena – we’ve done practice battles with DKA before. I can’t say I’m looking forward to going to war though.

Hexxer: Thank you for your answers! Is there anything else you want to address or say?

Snork: Join Winged Hussars for epic memes!

The Duck Knight Army have successfully capture Frosty in CPATG with a size of 7 while Winged Hussars have 2. They have already scheduled invasions on Hussar land in the coming days, much to the dismay of the WH leaders.

Screenshot 9

CPATG, Map

In the end, the tone of this war is hard to get a grip on.  While the Duck Knight Army seem to think this war is going to be fun, the Winged Hussars are not very happy with the declaration   Only time will tell if the war holds true to it’s values, or devolves into a hate war.

1. Rebel Penguin Federation

RPF began their historic week with an AUS event that saw sizes of 38 troops.  On Tuesday, they held an AUS event and a US event, maxing 50 and 43, respectively.  A massive event took place the next day, where RPF reached sizes of 60, one of the highest recorded events in CPA history.  Their next event was a Thursday EU event with 49 troops.  An AUS event transpired the next morning, with only 25 troops.  The US event made up for it, with ANOTHER event of 60 troops.  They held two events on the final day of the week, maxing 40 and 50 in those.  It’s astonishing to see RPF top themselves week after week, which begs the questions: how far will they go?

2. Elite Guardians

The Elite Guardians maintained their spot once again after a week filled with invasions.  They trained for war to kick off the week and maxed 30 troops.  They then invaded Machu Picchu, CPPS.me, from the Musicians with 13 troops.  EGCP unleashed a schedule of invasions on LGAs land on CPPS.me, but LGA informed them that they would not be attending any of the battles.  So, EGCP went forward with invasions, starting by taking over Nom’s Box with 23 troops.  King Arthur was next, and they maxed 27 in the invasion.  They invaded Halloween the next day while seeing sizes of 15, and then invaded Merry Christmas later on, reaching sizes of 21.  They took a break from invading on Thursday to celebrate a troop’s birthday (Happy Birthday Jonas!!) with 18 party goers.  They engaged in a practice battle with the Red Rebellion, maxing 22.  To conclude the week, they invaded Zero Grau, Always Penguin, with 20 troops.

3. Mopia

The Mopia started off the week with a practice battle with Recon Federation, they maxed 25. Their next event was a war skirmish with the Pizza Federation maxing 26. The Mopia’s last event of the week was a training event, they maxed 10.

4. Lime Green Army

The Lime Green Army has been gaining and defending land all week. They started off with an invasion of Beanie from Recon Federation. The Lime Green Army maxed 28 and averaged 25. Their next event was a defense of Fog from Recon Federation. They maxed 20 and successful defended the server. Their next event was another defense. The Lime Green Army defended Northern Lights against Recon Federation, maxing 17. Their last event of the week was defense of White House against Recon Federation, maxing 22.

5. Recon Federation

The war with LGA, though they are losing, has brought RFCP success in the top ten.  The week started off slowly with a lopsided loss in a practice battle against Mopia, only maxing 4.  They then went on to lose the battle for Beanie, CPR, to LGA with 8 troops.  They lost their invasion of Fog, CPATG later that day, seeing sizes of 13 troops.  They hosted a recruiting event on Tuesday with 7 troops.  Another recruiting event mustered up 3 attendees.  The heavily debated battle of Northern Lights resulted in a win for RFCP, maxing 17.  They held another recruiting event the next day with 6 troops.  The week concluded with an unsuccessful invasion of White House, CPATG, maxing 17.

6. Wild Ninjas

The Wild Ninjas started off the week with an invasion of Ascent, maxing 13 and averaging 11. Their next event was a hide and seek event where they maxed 10 and averaged 9. The Wild Ninjas’ last event of the week was an invasion on Avalancha, maxing 17.

7. Winged Hussars

Despite having a very active week, the Hussars place 7th in a heavily competitive week.  The week began with a training event, seeing sizes of 7 troops.  A Card Jitsu tournament was held on Monday, where they maxed 10 and Takoz was crowned the winner.  The next day, they hosted a practice battle against the Green Street Gang, where they squeaked out a win with 7 troops.  A tournament preparation event saw sizes of 7 troops again.  They cooled down to a mediocre 4 troops in their next three events, including a loss of Ascent to the Wild Ninjas, but rebounded nicely on Saturday, returning to sizes of 7.

8. Green Street Gang

Like the army above them, an abnormally active week did not benefit GSG as it normally would.  They opened the week with a training event, maxing 5.  Another training event followed the next day, also maxing 5.  Later, they reached sizes of 7 at another training event.  A practice battle with the Winged Hussars resulted in a loss, while maxing 7 troops.  Yet another training event was hosted with 5 troops.  Saturday brought two contrasting battles for GSG.  First, they successfully defended Matterhorn, CPATG, from RPF with 20 troops.  The next battle saw the size decrease to 5, in a loss to the Wild Ninjas on Avalancha, SuperCPPS.

9. Red Rebellion

Red Rebellion started their week with a training, where they maxed 9. After this they had a practice battle against the Elite Guardians, managing to get 16. They ended with another training, maxing 10.

10. Pizza Federation

The Pizza Federation began the week with a war skirmish against Mopia. Following this, they had a successful defense of Toboggan where they maxed 19. They ended their week with a speed training session, where they managed to max 9.

Statement on Allies in Battles

With multiple battles going on this week, it’s become increasingly evident that many armies use their alliances to gain an advantage in battle.  Personal views aside, this is a viable tactic if the army that declares war states that allies are able to be used.  However, Club Penguin Armies will not let the use of allies destroy the integrity of the top ten.  Because of this, multiple deductions were handed out to the armies who had blatant use of allies.  While the size including allies was used in the biographies for each armies week, the calculations saw a more down to earth version of their usual size.  For example, the Lime Green Army typically maxes 15 troops on their own.  Many of their battles saw sizes of 20+ troops, but those sizes were deducted down to their original size, and then 3 was added.

The formula for the allies deduction is X-Y+3, with X being the size they maxed in the event in question, and Y being the difference between the size that was maxed in the event in question and the armies usual size.  As the top ten maker, I (DMT) made the executive decision to do this, as to not punish the armies who stay true to their own size, such as the Elite Guardians, Mopia, and the Wild Ninjas.  If you have any complaints, direct them to me and me only.

1. The Soviet Federation

The Soviet Federation had a very active week, with a total of 6 events. They began the week with a strong training session, maxing 5, on CPPS.me. They had multiple events throughout the week including a training session, in which they averaged 7 and an AUSIA session, maxing 4. Later they invaded Schokoladernkuchen maxing 5, and finished off the week with two recruiting sessions where they maxed 4 and 7, respectively.

2. The Winged Hussars

Despite only having one event this week, the Winged Hussars move back into the Top Three. Their sole event was on CP Rewritten, where they maxed 7 with good tactics. If they are more active in the coming weeks, they could easily take back the number one spot.

3. Pizza Federation
Falling down two spots from first place, The Pizza Federation were fairly active in comparison to a lot of other armies this week. Their first event of the week was an invasion of Deep Freeze from the Bobo Warriors, who failed to show up making the invasion an easy win. They finished the week maxing 10 during a recruitment event.

4T. Shadow Troops

To much surprise, Shadow Troops have fallen down to fourth place. Despite maxing 8, they only had one event with no tactics. The Shadow Troops will need to see an increase in activity if they hope to return to their former glory.

4T. Nacion Pinguina

Nacion Pinguina only had one event this week. They maxed and averaged 4.

6. Cliff Crew

Cliff Crew enters this weeks Top Ten at fifth place. They had one event on Beanie, CPR and maxed and averaged 3. Like most of the other armies on the Top Ten, Cliff Crew will require more events to progress.

7. Green Street Gang

Green Street Gang had a somewhat disappointing week. They only had one event, maxing 3.

8. Asgards Vikings

Asgards Vikings had one training event where they maxed 4.

9. Mopia

Mopia was welcomed into this league this week having a recruiting session where they saw sizes of 10+.

10. Tubas

Tubas hosted a recruiting session to start their week. Following this, they had an event where they maxed 5.

*DISCLAIMER: It is obvious when an army’s size is a majority rogues. Recruiting sessions should be utilized to recruit for your army, not to look bigger for the top ten. Tactics are also a huge part of event points, so those armies who perform no tactics only suffer. Activeness is key for the formula, thus an army with 6 events will place first over an army with 1-2 events.
